Renault 5 Alpine Turbo 122B Blue, assembled from scratch, ready for amateur racing, HR. 1.4 Turbo 110 HP 175 Nm engine BOOTH Original Alpine Turbo bodywork, completely disassembled, all defects throughout bodywork welded. Original high quality sheet. Painted both in- and outside (both cabin and the engine area). Blue pearl outside, white inside. Safety cage installed, after minor modifications will meet safety demands of FIA’s appendix J. Sparco Sprint seats with FIA’s expired homologation, shoulder strap seatbelts without homologation. BRAKE SYSTEM Servo membrane checked, brake pump cleaned, pump gaskets replaced, break pipes clear, 4 new brake shoes, new pads, regenerated clutches, clutch gaskets replaced, anti-block system checked, wired handbrake, all elements of handbrake system in rear clutches checked or replaced. SUSPENSION , STEERING All metal-rubber elements in suspension replaced or regenerated, rear shock absorber - Bilstein B6 (stiff), front – fluid. Suspension works well, light and hard rear behaves well at bends, unsteady on bumps. Rocking levers, torsion bars, suspension fittings all checked. Pads installed under front shock absorbers’ Steering rods’ endings replaced, new rubber manchettes, worm checked. ENGINE Assembled from possibly all new parts. New engine pads, balancing crankshaft, dynamic clutch, new bearings, calibrated engine block, new shaft simmering, ground sleeves, pistons with weighted handles, new rings, new gasket under the head, head planned, reaming and polished exhaust ducts, intake channels improved, new valve guides, valve sealants added, the whole cam new, along with chain, regenerated water pump, polished exhaust manifolds, turbo after complete regeneration 3000 km ago, carburetor after complete regeneration 3000 km ago, new electrics, alternator after regeneration, the starter also, regenerated oil pump, pressure checked oil/water cooler, car does not take a gram of oil, oil replaced 5 times!! TRANSMISSION SYSTEM Sintered ceramic clutch, made on special order, gearbox after regeneration, erased clearances on rollers, bearings replaced, simmerings, driveshafts and joints after regeneration, new rubber manchettes. Slider shift assembled on brass funnel precisely select gears. ELECTRICS All wiring replaced, all indicators smooth, fresh battery and light bulbs. The car goes with an extra one, but in parts, together with sheet metal elements, bumpers, windshields and so on. Three sets of alloy wheels, Yokohama A539 summer tires, 2 sets of winter tires.
