Brand new, fully rebuilt (from an original D reg 200 off Group B Metro 6r4), into custom made by Dave Appleby Motorsport new Kevlar lightweight space framed DAM4100 version. This is much quicker, lighter, easier to drive than twitchy original due to superior length wheelbase, and made much easier for access internals to service, with removeable bodyshell cover, than the similar value original. (see Karl Broads similar aged vehicle to this, sold for 85k euros!) Recent 2.5ltr Goodmans 10750 rpm race engine fitted,£35,000. Recent Motec M600 ecu fitted, new wiring loom, stack dash, data logging etc, £7,000. Just been rolling road mapped. Recent R and D dog box rebuild £3,000 Recent front and rear Heavy duty sidewall diff rebuilds £2000. Built from all new parts in 2000, only a few original 25 year old parts carried across from 1985 Chassis number donor. 6pot caliper AP front brakes, external resevoir proflex type dampers Only used in Sprints and Tarmac rallies recently. Speedo shows total competetive milage only 400 miles over last 10 years. Loads of spares / 18inch wheels included Can be viewed at DAM motorsport, Bath.
